All products have been made with great attention to detail from sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. Each product is individual and may have slight variations in dimensions. The actual colour may vary slightly from the picture due to lighting conditions.

Shipping is done using resource-saving large letter boxes / maxi letter boxes. We welcome ideas and feedback on how we can make and ship our products even more environmentally friendly in the future. :-)

Note: As with any other product, you should supervise your pet when playing with this toy. Check the product regularly for damage and replace the toy if it is defective or if parts are lost, as otherwise injury to the animal cannot be ruled out.

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email (balou.bsh@outlook.de) by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Customised products are generally excluded from revocation.

The delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days, depending on the order and country.

Shipping for deliveries within Germany is generally free of charge.
